year, we organize and

conferences.
At an organizational
level, the
conference is an opportunity

Introduction Seminar:
A 1-3 day conference for
new members to learn
more about the AIESEC
way, the history of
AIESEC, what the AIESEC
Experience entails,
opportunities AIESEC
presents in depth, our
operations, meet other
AIESEC members and plan
your development based
while in AIESEC based on
the activities and
opportunities present.

Preparation Seminar:
A 1-3 day conference to
provide cultural
training, networking,
and goal development for
exchange participants
before they go on
exchange experience.

National Conferences:
A 3-7 day conference
bringing together all
members in a country to
form direction, plan and
discuss matter crucial
and relevant to your
country as well as
receive training that
will enable you turn
strategy into action
based on the initiatives
or approaches
determined.

Regional conferences:
A 5-7 day conference
when you tackle topics,
issues and matters
relevant to the
different and more
specific to the
different regions
present. During this
conference, you
contribute to bringing
down the global
initiatives to a
regional level and get
further insights on how
to practice them at
country level.

A 7-12 day conference
for leaders at the local
or national level for
leadership development,
strategy building and
sharing, defining
international direction,
