First time in history, AIESEC in Tbilisi organizes Career Development Day 2009 , which gathers entire AIESEC network of alumni students in Georgia. At this event organisations in Georgia come to the Job Fair to promote the career opportunities for young people; such spaces facilitate the interaction of two segments of the community, the relevant actors are employers and employees. The conference will be held on 21st of June, in Free University of Tbilisi.

Career Development Day is focused on gathering different career opportunities from all across the country, clubbed and customized, especially for our target audience that comprises of youth seeking for professional development opportunities in different spheres of corporate and institutional arena:

Association with global concept of this magnitude gives the partners of AIESEC an access to the relevant talent of the city and a corporate image of a good employer among the prospective Human Resource of the organization.

Free University of Tbilisi is the General Partner of Career Development Day’09. AIESEC in honored to maintain cooperation with Free University of Tbilisi based on the shared vision and common core values Free University of Tbilisi encompasses two schools - Business School ESM and Institute of Asia and Africa. The schools strive to further upgrade and deepen their respective curricula in response to changing environment and students' demands. Free University of Tbilisi is a Sustainability Partner of AIESEC in Georgia and is associated with AIESEC Global Network since March 2008.



Georgian Business Consulting has become a media partner of Career Development Day ‘09 providing media coverage about AIESEC news through newspaper “Georgian Business Week”. GBC is a media organization working in compliance with modern standards and technologies. CDD partnership is a continuation of sustainable cooperation between AIESEC and Georgian Business Consulting.

Beeline’s enrollment in AIESEC activities as a partner begins with Career Development Days 2009. This Brand consists of telecommunications operators providing voice and data services through a range of mobile, fixed and broadband technologies. It has hold solid position on Georgian market. Beeline joins efforts of AIESEC, in creating platform for young people to discover and develop their potential and gain practical skills at the outset of their career. It strives to be a responsible corporate citizen by participating in programs that improve quality of life.



Partnership between The International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) and AIESEC in Tbilisi has been launched. ISFED makes significant contribution with participating in Career Development Day.
        It is a non-profit, non-governmental and non-partisan organization concentrating on the promotion of democratic values, particularly free and fair elections, which is vital for our country. Organization's main priority and scope of work is election monitoring, which aims to guarantee the transparency of elections by monitoring the implementation of electoral procedures and thereby increasing society's confidence in the results of the elections.



A new Media Partnership between Commersant and AIESEC has been launched. According to the partnership agreement, The Messenger will be supporting efficient media coverage of Career Development Day.
       Georgian society is familiar to Commersant with three media sources Newspaper, Radio and web-page. The online edition is a good source to get the latest detailed information on developments in the country, which comprises the issues like: world economy, Business, Communications, Transport, politics and Community. As for the Radio Commersant is the first business radio in Georgia and covers all the ongoing business events in the country.
