Implementing the vision of
liberal governance and building intelligent organizational
culture took a great courage of the term. Independent
operational framework for developing entities and mutual
decision making process on each level was a challenge, but
the organization has Demonstrated ability to implement new
ideas and taking risks for increasing the dimension of the
product. Moreover the union encouraged diversity for making
favorable advancement through various practices &
approaches. Strategy has kept focus on facilitation the
development of others. One of the contributions to this
mission was the decision about deploying structure through
emphasizing on the potential of the individual. AIESEC has
multiplied its geographical capacity from one to four local
chapters & organized various educational projects for
strengthening progressive aspirations in youth. Further
learning was brought by trial and mistakes.
Based on annual performance AIESEC in Georgia has taken the
place on top of the international network.
In term 2009-10
three Initiative Groups on new territories in the regions
of Georgia has been founded: Local Committee at American University for
Humanities (LC AUH), Local Committee in Batumi (LC BATUMI)
and Local Committee in Gori (LC GORI).
